If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of activation. No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received by email to support (support@sirvus.net). A confirmation email will be sent back upon cancellation of your account.

Accounts canceled/terminated by Sirvus Hosting Solutions for violating our Terms of Service (TOS) do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is canceled due to spamming or adult material, you will not be given any refund.
